Emergency Out of Hours

ALL  PATIENTS: In case of emergency during out of hours, weekend or bank holidays any patient can call NHS24 for free on 111 for advise and possibly to be seen out of hours (no charge)

DENPLAN:  Patients can also call 0800 844 999 for advice and if required can be seen for emergency treatment. (denplan covers the practice call out fee)

PRACTICE PLAN: : If a practice plan patient wishes to be seen on a call out to the practice they can email us on our dedicated email address (callout at mountflorida.dental)
Please include your name, DOB, which dentist you normally see and a brief description of the problem. Please note there is a £225 call our charge to have the surgery opened out of hours for emergency treatment separate to any treatment done.
